Potato Soup
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix and boil potatoes, chicken broth, onions, parsley, salt, pepper, and celery seed for about 15 minutes (until potatoes are done). Mix flour and milk until smooth. Slowly add to boiling broth and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Lower heat and stir in cheese until melted.
