Protein Oatmeal Pancakes
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 whole jumbo eggs
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 20 g. carbs from fruit of choice (I prefer strawberries)
  • Cinnamon to tasste
  • 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Mix it all into pancake batter (may need to add a tiny bit of water to make it easier to mix)
  2. 2. Spray non-stick spray on pan
  3. 3. Cook until brown
