Protein Oreo Cookies
INGREDIENTS

  • For cookie:
  • 40 g. coconut flour
  • 250 g. egg whites
  • 10 g. baking powder
  • 40 g. fine oats
  • 40 g. 85% or more dark chocolate melted
  • 40 g. cocoa powder raw
  • 40 g. vanilla flavored protein powder
  • Sweetener (I use Stevia)
  • For Filling:
  • 10 g coconut flour
  • 40 g vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 140 g water
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven 180 c
  2. 2. Mix all For cookie ingredients in a bowl
  3. 3. Spread/roll out dough on baking paper until .5 cm thick
  4. 4. Stamp out 30 rounds (will make 15 cookies)
  5. 5. Put on baking sheet and bake for 25 min
  6. 6. Let cookies cool down
  7. 7. Mix all for filling ingredients together
  8. 8. Place between 2 cookies and enjoy
