Puffed french toast

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sift togther flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cinamon.
  2. Add the milk and egg, stirring until it all comes together.
  3. Dip bread
  4. Deep fry untill golden brown and puffed up in hot oil.
