Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- FROSTING
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all cake ingredients well with mixer. Pour into a greased jellyroll pay. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool
- For frosting, combine butter and cream cheese then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost bars when cool.
