Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • FROSTING
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all cake ingredients well with mixer. Pour into a greased jellyroll pay. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool
  2. For frosting, combine butter and cream cheese then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost bars when cool.
