Pumpkin Eggnog Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups prepared eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 9” unbaked pie shell (I LOVE Marie Callender's)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; bake for 30-45 minutes longer or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean. Remove and cool.
