Pumpkin Eggnog Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared eggnog
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 9” unbaked pie shell (I LOVE Marie Callender's)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; bake for 30-45 minutes longer or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean. Remove and cool.
