Pumpkin Fluff
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 tablespoon light maple syrup
  • 1 (12 oz) container fat free whipped topping
  • 1 (1.3) box sugar free vanilla pudding,dry
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix the pumpkin, cinnamon, splenda, and mapel syrup together until well blended
  2. In a different bowl, mix the whipped topping and pudding together until well blended
  3. Combine the pumpkin mixture with the pudding mixture. Stir until well mixed
  4. Sprinkle the top lightly with cinnamon if desired
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. served chilled
