Pumpkin Mousse my way

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups fat free cool whip
  1. I mixed the pumpkin, spices, eggs, and sugar. Bakes it untill cooked at 350 degree's about 20 minutes.
  2. Let cool then whip it with the cool whip and chill until ready to eat.
  3. I served it in small custard dishes with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
I was looking for a quick pumkin mousse recipe and I figured Id make my own take on all the recipes I found.
