Pumpkin Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- Add and beat in:
- 2 cups (one 15 oz. can) pumpkin
- Fold in:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in a large bowl.
- Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 34-36 muffins
