Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30 to 40 mins.
- Servings: 6 to 8 servings per pie
- Preparation Time: 15 mins.
- 2 cups brown sugar - packed
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 cups cooked pumpkin (The Libby's 29 oz. can of pumpkin makes both pies.)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 cups scalded milk. (I use evaporated milk)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and pumpkin together. Mix in beaten egg and add scalded milk. Cool.
- Pour mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) for 30 to 40 mins. or until knife inserted in the center of the filling comes out clean.
