Quick Garlic and Peanut Chutney

- Peanuts, roasted and peeled, 1 cup
- Garlic cloves, 3
- Red chilli powder or cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- Fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Water, 3 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.
- 2. If needed, add a couple of tablespoons of water to assist in blending.
- 3. Enjoy it slathered on top of crackers or as a dip for your bread.
