Quick Mac n Cheese
INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 10 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 oz Colby Cheese
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp salted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Par boil pasta. Drain and set to side
  2. 2. Slowly melt cheeses in evaporated milk and butter.
  3. 3. Add pasta, stirring until pasta is coated. Serve

I needed a warm Mac & Cheese recipe for my youngest brothers wedding and could not find one. The week before I spent a night playing with different recipes and found the trick...evaporated milk.
