ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp mace
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
- Heat oven to 300°
- Rinse seeds, clean well and pat dry.
- Mix the rest of ingredients together and toss with seeds
- Spread coated seeds on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake, turning every 10 minutes, for 50 to 60 minutes
