Raw Oats-yum
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup raw Quaker Whole oats
  • 1 cup soy vanilla milk
  • 1 dopper of stevia
  • 1/2 cup of nuts
  • 1 bannana
  • unsweetened dates
DIRECTIONS
  1. put all dry ingredients in a med bowl.
  2. add bannana and soy milk,stevia or sweetener.
  3. enjoy!
