Red Pepper Sauce
INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 soft pitted dates
  • 1 Tsp tamari sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender.
  2. Massage kale in this sauce and dehydrate at 115F overnight to make amazing kale chips.
