Roast Beef Pinwheels
  • 1lb thin sliced Roast Beef
  • 1 small jar horseradish
  • 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • cocktail toothpicks
  1. Mix cream cheese and horseradish well. Spread a nice layer of the mixture on a slice of roast beef. Roll up jelly roll style and slice into 1 inch rounds. Hold in place with toothpicks. Refrigerate over night, then just pull out and serve.
