Russian Tea Cakes

  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Chopped Nuts
  • 1/4 Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix butter,sugar, and vanilla extract, in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in flour, nuts, and salt until dough holds together
  4. Shape dough into 1" balls.
  5. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 Minutes, or until set.
  7. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
