• Ingredients:
• 300 grams frozen strawberries
• 100 grams sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon starch
• 100 ml water

1. Thaw berries a little and cut in halves or quarters depending on size. Add sugar and bring to boil over a medium heat, let simmer for a few minutes, until sugar dissolves. Then add starch mixed with 100 ml of water. Stir thoroughly, bring to boil and take from heat. The sauce is ready! Strawberry sauce is a perfect topping for pancakes. We recommend a special WILMAX platter with sauce compartment for serving. Your serving will look most beautiful!
