- 1 1/2 lbs. 80% lean ground chuck
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

- 1 can cut green beans (can use fresh or frozen)
- 6 medium carrots (about 1 1/2 cups), thinly sliced carrots into 1/4-inch disks
DIRECTIONS

- Remove patties. Pour off excess fat and add 1/2 cup water to deglaze the pan, scraping up the brown bits. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup water, soup and Worcestershire, beans and carrots. Return patties to skillet. Cover and cook on low (about 175 degrees F on electric skillet) for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 3-6 depending on portion desired
