Salmon Balls
INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g. salmon (fresh, frozen or canned. I find canned to be easiest)
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g. fine oats
  • Fresh black pepper and salt
  • Optional other spices
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Drain Salmon if canned
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients into bowl
  3. 3. Form 18 balls
  4. 4. Place on baking paper on baking sheet
  5. 5. Bake 180 C for 20 min
