Salmon Packets

  • -Nori seaweed
  • -uncooked salmon, cubed
  • -teriyaki sauce
  1. For this recipe fresh or frozen salmon can be used. Slightly easier to cut into cubes if not completely thawed. The cubes should be bite sized.
  2. If you do not have teriyaki sauce, mix 4 parts soy sauce with 1 part brown sugar.
  3. Let salmon marinate for at least half an hour. Using a slotted spoon to scoop out the salmon onto a full sheet of nor. If you place your hand in the middle and just fill an area the size of your palm the packed can easily be folded up and placed on a baking tray for 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Garnish with sliced avocado if you wish
