  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  1. Season the salmon with the lemon pepper. Place in the broiler for about 12 minutes. Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
  2. In a saucepan melt the butter, and add the flour. Cook two minutes or until golden. Whisk in the milk, and cook 2 more minutes or until thickened. Add the Dijon mustard. Pour on top of salmon and serve.
I found this in First magazine, and tried it. I have no idea what it's real name is, but it was fantastic. I hope you try it.
