Salmon With Creamy Dijon Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 salmon filet
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Season the salmon with the lemon pepper. Place in the broiler for about 12 minutes. Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
- In a saucepan melt the butter, and add the flour. Cook two minutes or until golden. Whisk in the milk, and cook 2 more minutes or until thickened. Add the Dijon mustard. Pour on top of salmon and serve.
