Salsa Mexicana
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6-10
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea or coarse salt
  • 1-2 large ripe tomato diced
  • 2-3 jalepeƱos diced
  • 1-2 large onion diced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop and mix, or blend to get more of a saucy texture. Fresh and easy, I make it for every party and serve it with chips as an app and just about all my favorite Hispanic entrees. Serves about 6-10 salsa lovers and keeps well for about a week.
