Salsa Mexicana

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6-10
- 1/2 teaspoon sea or coarse salt
- 1-2 large ripe tomato diced
- 2-3 jalepeƱos diced
- 1-2 large onion diced
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Chop and mix, or blend to get more of a saucy texture. Fresh and easy, I make it for every party and serve it with chips as an app and just about all my favorite Hispanic entrees. Serves about 6-10 salsa lovers and keeps well for about a week.
