Salsa Stew

- 3 lbs stew meat
- 2 T canola oil
- 4 carrots
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 16 oz jar salsa
- 1 t salt
- 1 t chili powder
DIRECTIONS
- Cut meat and vegetables into 1/2 " pieces.
- Brown beef in small batches with canola oil - just to sear outside
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours
