• One package of Imitation crab meat; 2# finely diced celery Litehouse Bluecheese salad dressing; Lettuce or a salad mix.

1. In a bowl add the crab and celery that have been chopped into bite size pieces. Mix with the bluecheese dressing to your taste. Serve this mix on some chopped lettuce or a salad mix.

We were shopping at Sam's Club and one of the food samplers gave us this to try. Man if you like crab it was good. WE ended up buying all the ingredients and making it when we got home.. Of course that is what they want and it worked.
