Sassy Chicken Salsa Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6
  • 1 can 11 oz. Mexicorn, drained
  • 1 C. salsa
  • 1 lime, juice & zested
  • 4 C. torn Romaine lettuce
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. Sliced & Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine Mexicorn, salsa, 1 Tbsp. lime juice & zest. Place chicken on top of lettuce and top with corn salsa mix.
