  • 3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar (again I have used Splenda)
  • 1 1/4 Cup Shredded Cocoanut
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil together for 15 minutes stirring constantly. (Cook on high for 5 minutes and then 15 minutes on medium).
