Sausage Muffins
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound hot sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown sausage and onion, drain.
  2. In a seperate bowl mix reamining ingredients. Add sausage and onion.
  3. Spray mini muffin pans and bake 10-15 minutes @ 350.
