Sausage Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Brown sausage and onion, drain.
- In a seperate bowl mix reamining ingredients. Add sausage and onion.
- Spray mini muffin pans and bake 10-15 minutes @ 350.
