Sausage Poboy with roasted peppers

- Manda Sausage, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Remoulade Sauce, PoBoy Bun or French Bread
- Slice equal amounts of red peppers and yellow peppers into small strips. Slice sausage into ¼ inch slices. Sauté the sausage with the peppers until browned. Serve on bread with remoulade sauce. This recipe can also be cooked on the grill, simply grill the sausage and peppers whole and slice after cooked.
