Sauteed Shrimp with Garlic and Parsley

- 1 pound shrimp
- Salt
- Fresh-ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 parsley springs
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Season shelled shrimp liberally with salt and pepper
- Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet, when hot, pour in olive oil
- Turn heat up to high and add the seasoned shrimp
- Cook, tossing the shrimp frequently until he shells start to turn pink (3 min)
- Turn off the heat and toss in the chopped garlic and parsley
- Toss the shrimp in the pan until well coated with garlic and parsely. Serve immediately
