  • 7 g garlic
  • 120 g. cottage cheese (0% fat)
  • 2 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 20 g protein powder
  • herbs! play with this! (I used 2 tsp herb de province, fresh thyme, parsley and chives)
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Measure everything in a food prep. blend till smooth (about 15 sec)
  2. serving of 20 g= 36 cal: 4.1 protein, 1.7 carbs, 1.2 fat
