Scallop and cucumber canapés

  • 18 scallops
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 limes
  • Olive oil
  • 5 peppercorn mix
  • Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate the scallops in the lime juice for about 10 minutes, turning them over after 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into long thin strips using a mandolin or potato peeler. Drain the scallops and wrap each one in a strip of cucumber.
  3. Hold the canapés in place with cocktail sticks. Sprinkle sea salt and ground 5 peppercorn mix over them and add a dash of olive oil.
