Shelley's Crunchy Asian Slaw

  • Salad
  • 1 pkg Slaw 15 oz
  • 2 Bunches of green onions
  • 1 C Slivered Almonds
  • 1 C Roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 pkg Chicken Raman pounded
  • Dressing
  • 2/3C Canola Oil
  • 1/2C Sugar
  • 1/2C Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Seasoning Packets from Raman Noodles
  1. Brown almonds, sunflower seeds, and Raman noodles in a 375F oven until golden brown.
  2. Combine all ingredients just prior to serving and top with dressing.
Shelley is a friend of a friend.....if she only knew how much this recipe has been made by our family - for a "Main Dish" add 1/2 of a roasted Chicken, skinless and deboned. For an afternoon luncheon, just make the Salad and add drained Mandarin Orange slices for light entrée. It's a dinner you can make in 20 minutes! Patti Hatcher
