Shepherd's Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 can Sweet Corn
  • 1 medium Onion, Diced
  • 8 Potatoes, Peeled & Diced
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. *Boil potatoes, mash, season to taste; Brown beef and onion
  2. *Add peas and corn; let simmer until heated through
  3. *In 13x9 pan, place meat and veggie mix; cover with potatoes and cheese
  4. *Broil until cheese is bubbly or light brown
