Shrimp Creole

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1-1/3 cup water
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 2 cans shrimp
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop onion and green pepper into small pieces. Dice tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and cook until hot and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice
