Shrimp Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 3 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 small pkg Italian dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup chopped cooked shrimp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients till cream cheese is smooth.
  2. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  3. Serve with crackers.
