Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding
INGREDIENTS
  • 15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2c buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 TBSP pumkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together all ingredients except whipped cream
  2. Pour into greased slow cooker
  3. Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours or until thermomenter reads 160 degrees
  4. Serve in bowls with whipped cream.
