Smoked Pork Barbeque Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
  • 1-7 lb pork shoulder roast
  • 6 T. oak chips
  • 1 large bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place wood chips over the middle of a stovetop smoker pan. Rub the pork with salt and pepper and place it on the smoker rack. Make a double layer of aluminum foil tent over the pork, crimping the edge tightly to the outside flange of the pan. Smoke for 1 hour over medium burner. Do not disturb the foil tent. Place pan into a 275 degree oven for 4 hours. Let rest for 15 min. Tear the meat from the bone by using 2 forks and serve with your favorite bbq sauce. I kept it warm by serving it in my crock pot.
