Smoothie - Pear and Cinnamon
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30 seconds - blend
  • Servings: 1
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 2 banana's peeled and frozen
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups of cold water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and consume immediately.
