  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 - 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 handfuls of
  • Greens any one or combination of
  • Spinach
  • Arugula - aka - rocket
  • Mixed greens including kale
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Fruit - fresh or frozen
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Cherries
  • Spices and super food powders
  • 1 - 2 Tsp each or a mix of
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
  • Cacao, carob
  • Lucuma, camu berry, mesquite powder
  • Spirulina, blue majik, green powders
  • Protein powder
  • Extracts, vanilla, almond, orange, peppermint
  • Liquids 1 - 2 cups
  • cold water
  • cold green tea
DIRECTIONS
