Sour Milk/Buttermilk

  • Milk
  • Vinegar or lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. For each cup of sour milk, place 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice in a glass measuring cup.
  2. Add enough milk to make 1 cup total liquid.
  3. Stir and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes before using.
