- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup ff dry nonfat milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
- 1 TSP splenda
- 1 TSP whole wheat flour
DIRECTIONS
- mix and bake 350 degrees about 15-20 min. Makes 1 big cookie.
