South Beach Recipe Breakfast Cookie
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup ff dry nonfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
  • 1 TSP splenda
  • 1 TSP whole wheat flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix and bake 350 degrees about 15-20 min. Makes 1 big cookie.
