Southwest Taco Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces mayonnaise
  • 4 1/2 ounces black olives, chopped
  • 1 4 ounce chopped green chilis
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the black olives, green chilis and garlic powder. Spread into a 9" pie or quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned. OR microwave for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle on the top the rest of the black olives, chopped green onions and tomatoes. Put teaspoon drops of sour cream on top.
