Speedy Cheesecake Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- dash salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 TB sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 8-inch graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour filling into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Mix sour cream, 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and spoon over top of pie.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Cool, then chill for several hours.
