Spiced Pecans

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • 3 C pecan halves
  • 1/2 C white sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line baking sheet with foil
  3. In a small bowl beat egg white with water
  4. stir in pecans, mix well and lay across baking sheet
  5. In a small bowl mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over nuts
  6. Bake up t 30 minutes, tossing 1-2 times being careful not to burn
