- Plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder (or the fresh stuff, very finely chopped)
- cayenne pepper
- Parsley flakes
- Mix it all up and serve chilled over warm lentils, meats, veggies etc.
I found this sort of food dressing at various Indian restaurants and had to ask what it was. It's spiced yogurt that can be drizzled on practically anything. In my case I drown my curried lamb or goat in it and recently my lentils. I wasn't sure how it was made so I guessed. The results were somewhat accurate. The ingredients are eyeballed.
