Spicy Ahi Tuna Sauce and Wilted Sesame Bok-choy
INGREDIENTS
  • Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
  • ½ cup of soy sauce (kikkoman) over Tuna.
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
  • 1 head of baby bok-choy or regular bok choy, washed and dried.
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbso soy sauce (kikkoman)
  • sesame seeds to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice or to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. For Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
  2. Combine all ingredients together and drizzle.
  3. For Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
  4. On a medium pan add canola oil.
  5. Allow to get really hot.
  6. Add bok-choy.
  7. Add the soy sauce, ginger, lime juice.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Allow to wilt. Add garlic.
  10. Finish off with lime juice and sesame oil and seeds.
  11. Serve while still warm.
