Spicy Ahi Tuna Sauce and Wilted Sesame Bok-choy

INGREDIENTS
- Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
- ½ cup of soy sauce (kikkoman) over Tuna.
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
- 1 head of baby bok-choy or regular bok choy, washed and dried.
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbso soy sauce (kikkoman)
- sesame seeds to taste
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lime juice or to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- For Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
- Combine all ingredients together and drizzle.
- For Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
- On a medium pan add canola oil.
- Allow to get really hot.
- Add bok-choy.
- Add the soy sauce, ginger, lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Allow to wilt. Add garlic.
- Finish off with lime juice and sesame oil and seeds.
- Serve while still warm.
