Spicy Rosemary and Garlic Peanuts

  • 1 Pound dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon dried rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out peanuts in an even layer. Toast in oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine melted butter, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add hot peanuts to bowl and toss with butter herb mixture until coated. Let cool.
