Spicy Swedish Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. italian bread crumbs
  • SAUCE
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Meatballs: Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into small balls, then brown in skillet.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients together.
  3. Put meatballs and sauce in a crockpot.
  4. Cook on high for 1/2 hour then put on low, stir occasionally.
