Spicy Thai Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. bottled fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Cilantro, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl whisk the first six ingredients together. Garnish the finished fish dish with green onions and cilantro.
